ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) -- Adrian Winter scored his first two MLS goals and Kaka-less Orlando City beat Sporting Kansas City 3-1 on Sunday night to snap a six-game winless streak.

Winter, acquired by expansion Orlando City (8-13-8) on July 29, put away a free kick -- which he won -- from Luke Boden on a header from the top left of the 6-yard box to the bottom-right corner in the third minute.

Krisztian Nemeth split three defenders in the center of the box and found the top-right corner of the net in the 58th to tie it for Sporting KC (11-8-8). About 7 minutes later, Orlando City's Bryan Rochez, who replaced scoring leader Cyle Larin in the 57th, advanced a header to Brek Shea, who dropped it back to Rochez in the center of the box for the goal.

In the 71st minute, Winter slipped the ball to Lewis Neal, who poked it back to Winter for the finish from just outside the 6-yard box.
