Wolves recall Patton from G League

The Minnesota Timberwolves recalled rookie Justin Patton from the G League on Sunday following the conclusion of the Iowa Wolves' season.

Patton had 22 points, nine rebounds and three assists in the Wolves' season finale Saturday, a 117-104 loss to the Agua Caliente Clippers.  A first-round pick in the 2017 draft, Patton averaged 12.7 points, 5.4 rebounds and 1.4 blocks per game on 45.5 percent shooting in his first pro season.

Patton has joined Minnesota several times this season, but has yet to appear in an NBA game.
