The experienced goalkeeper has been with the club for almost a decade but speculation has recently started to surface regarding his future.

Manchester City were linked with a move for Buffon last summer and again this month, before Roberto Mancini stated that he would never try to sign the 32-year-old.

Buffon has now declared that he is happy to stay with Juve, whilst also playing down reports of a rift with manager Luigi Del Neri.

Del Neri recently stated that Buffon would not be guaranteed a place in the side when he returned from injury, prompting an unhappy response from the player's agent.

Buffon is now back to full fitness following a lengthy lay-off and enjoying his football at Juve.

"The demonstration of unconditional love towards me from the fans is something I cannot ignore," he told Sky Italia.

"I hope and I wish to continue throughout my career here at Juve.

"Cold relations with Del Neri? I speak with him and we even joke."
