Cristiano Ronaldo bails during Champions League press conference

It's not every day that Cristiano Ronaldo's goal-scoring form gets called into question, but one daring reporter did just that on Tuesday ... prompting CR7 to walk out of the press conference.

Admittedly, the Portuguese striker hasn't found the back of the net in an away fixture since November 29 of last year at Eibar. Nevertheless, Ronaldo wasn't having any of it when it came to this unusual drought being mentioned ahead of Real Madrid's clash against Roma.

"Why has it been more difficult to score away from home?" the reporter asked an immediately annoyed Ronaldo.

After a quick pause Ronaldo retorts: "Since I've been in Spain, give me one player who has scored more away goals than me. One. You don't have one." Watch the exchange in the video below:

The Real Madrid talisman then shrugs a few times, gathers his belongings and bids farewell. That didn't stop the reporter from continuing to ask questions, albeit to no avail.

For the record, Ronaldo has 141 goals in 146 appearances for Real Madrid in La Liga and the Champions League since 2009, per whoscored.com. And before you ask, Lionel Messi has fired in 128 in 150 appearances.

Having set the record for goals scored in the group stage with 11, Ronaldo is already a handful for defenses as it is. We imagine Roma's defensive band isn't too pleased with this added bit of motivation.
