Crystal Palace fans accidentally vandalize their own bus in dumbest act of hooliganism

While passion from supporters in the game of soccer is great to see, there's an unfortunate point where it takes a turn toward lawless hooliganism.

But maybe some of the hooligans who support Crystal Palace have learned to change their ways. That's because, in an act of vandalism over the weekend, they accidentally defaced their own club's bus.

The vandals thought they were ruining Middlesbrough team property, but Boro flew by plane and borrowed one of Crystal Palace's buses to get around before Saturday's fixture. So, they just vandalized a bus from the team they support.

Dean Waters, one of Crystal Palace's grounds men, reportedly tweeted about the incident before making his account private to hide the tweet. He wrote: "£40,000 worth of damage on our coach thinking it was the Boro coach. Nice one!"

Crystal Palace ended up winning Saturday's match, 1-0. But Crystal Palace's spray-painting supporters? They took a big fat L.
