Chinese Super League (CSL) team Shijiazhuang Ever Bright FC has announced a partnership deal with local firm Hengshui Laobaigan Liquor.
The liquor company will become an official partner of the club and the two entities will launch a WeChat account for supporters of Shijiazhuang.
The club, which was promoted to the Chinese top division in 2015, are the only team in the CSL from China’s Hebei Province, where Hengshui Laobaigan is based.
Former Chinese international and current technical director at Shijiazhuang, Li Jinyu, said: “Hengshui Laobaigan is synonymous with Hebei’s liquor and also the pride of Hebei . We are partnering with Hengshui Laobaigan as we have the same development objective.”
The news comes just days before the start of the 2016 CSL season.
