Del Bosque says defending champs Spain 'ready' for Euro 2016
Vicente del Bosque says his Spain side are favorites to claim a third straight European Championships.
Alvaro Morata and Nolito each scored twice as Spain, European champions in 2008 and 2012, warmed up for their title defense with a 6-1 win over South Korea in Salzburg.
Manchester City's David Silva and Cesc Fabregas of Chelsea were also on target as Spain romped to victory in their penultimate friendly before Euro 2016.
"We are the favorites (for Euro 2016) because we come into it having won four years ago," Del Bosque said, according to sport.es.
"There are other national teams, but it's our dream to be champions again.
"We're in a good moment. We have had a tough season, very intense, but we are ready to go into the Euros in the best conditions.
"We are ready to start, to win is another thing. There are good rivals and in football everything is really even."
Spain play Georgia in Getafe on Tuesday before beginning their Euro 2016 Group D campaign on June 13 against Czech Republic in Toulouse.
Spain play Turkey in Nice on June 17 and complete the group stage against Croatia four days later.
Ju Se-jong scored a consolation for South Korea at Red Bull Arena, but the Spain boss was happy nonetheless.
Del Bosque added: "We played freely, with conviction, we didn't find ourselves in a tight spot and we dominated the game."
