Dimitri Payet works his free kick magic for France now, too
But look out for Dimitri Payet.
The West Ham United playmaker is quickly becoming one of the most feared dead ball specialists in the game, having scored a few beauties already this season at club level. On Tuesday, Payet hit #anotherone - his first free kick goal at the international level for France (and 2nd for Les Bleus overall) in a 4-2 win over Russia.
By the way, France is getting scary good. Like, really scary.
With Payet and Leicester City's N'Golo Kante, who also started and scored on Tuesday, France boast two of the best midfielders in the Premier League this season. And yet, they may find it pretty hard to start at the Euros this summer given that PSG's Blaise Matuidi and Juventus' Paul Pogba are ahead of them.
Not a bad problem for France to have.
