George Weah's son scores five goals for PSG U-17s

When 16-year-old Justin Kluivert scored a wonderful solo goal for the Ajax U-17s a few weeks back, we chewed over the father-son duos with the most potential to succeed in world football.

From Cesare Maldini to Cristiano Ronaldo Jr., a handful of pairings subsist worldwide, but it's perhaps the hidden gem in the French capital that deserves more recognition.

Timothy Weah, son of 1995 FIFA Ballon d'Or winner and Liberian legend George Weah, played a big hand in Paris Saint-Germain's mauling of Shanghai Shenhua at the Al Kass International Cup, a tournament limited entirely to U-17 teams. How big? Five goals, big. Watch:

What better way to cap a five-goal blitz than with a cheeky backheel finish, right?

At the tender age of 15 and (clearly) already thriving in PSG's youth setup, Weah, in comparison to his father, may be ahead of the curve in that regard. The youngster was raised in New York and began his fledgling career with the New York Red Bulls, and, AND... is a fixture in the U.S. U17 men's national team's current two-year cycle.

But make no mistake, the younger Weah has a long way to go if he wishes to emulate his father's legacy. A humantiarian and politician, Weah Sr.'s got him there!
