How to watch Peru vs. Argentina: Game time, live stream, TV
Peru and Argentina will meet on Thursday night in a CONMEBOL qualifier for the 2018 World Cup.
Less than two years out from the tournament, which Russia will host, Argentina is generally considered one of the favorites to win the event. Argentina finished as the runner–up in its last three major tournaments: the 2014 World Cup, 2015 Copa America and 2016 Copa America Centenario.
Argentina enters Thursday in third place in the region with 15 points, just one point behind leader Uruguay. Peru has struggled, only earning seven points in qualifying so far.
Argentina star Lionel Messi will not play in Thursday's match, as the Barcelona man is still nursing an injury.
