Chelsea can wrap up the English Premier League title on Friday when it plays West Brom. 

The Blues have a seven-point lead on second-place Tottenham with three matches to play, meaning that a win on Friday would seal the title for Antonio Conte's side. 

Chelsea is aiming to win its second Premier League title in three seasons. The club is coming off a 3–0 win over Middlesbrough. 

West Brom enters this match after beating Burnley 3–2 last week.
