It's been six years since Javier Mascherano left Liverpool to join Barcelona, but even though it's been a while since he pulled on a red shirt at Anfield, he's continued to speak glowingly about the club. On Saturday, he may have taken his love for the club a bit too far.
Mascherano scored for Liverpool ... while playing for Barcelona.

Liverpool went on to win the match, 4-0, as their strong preseason under Jurgen Klopp continued. And seeing as Barcelona have been at half-strength all preseason, they won't mind much. All things considered, there wasn't much to take from the contest, but there was Mascherano scoring for Liverpool and that was delightful.
