Leicester City: Chilwell and Kapustka in projected starting XI against Chelsea
Leicester City have sustained some momentum over the last week with a strong display in both Europe and the Premier League.
Now the time has come for them to once again forget it all and start over. A 3-0 victory over the weekend is now in the past and it is a visit from Chelsea in the League Cup that now calls.
According to the Leicester Mercury‘s coverage of manager Claudio Ranieri’s pre-match press conference it is expected to be a much changed first team for the match.
Stars such as Jamie Vardy, Danny Drinkwater and Riyad Mahrez are expected to make their place on the stands of potentially on the substitutes bench just in case.
Ranieri is believed set to name several of the club’s promising youngsters such as Ben Chilwell and likely recently recovered winger Jeff Schlupp in his first appearance since not being allowed to move to West Brom over the summer.

Chilwell is normally a leftback but could be deputized on the right with injury issues to several defenders. It is possible Christian Fuchs remains in the squad as well.
Ahmed Musa could deputize on one side of the wide areas with Leonadro Ulloa and Shinji Okazaki likely to partner as the two strikers.
Andy King is already expected to return to the first team and there is an outside chance that summer addition Bartosz Kapustka could also see his first start of the season.
Ron-Robert Zieler will keep his place while Luis Hernandez should also start in the defensive five.
Chelsea also are expected to ring the changes as Antonio Conte still has several players he will want to see midweek action from as they could be in-line for earning a place in the struggling first team that has dropped five points on the bounce.
