Marco Reus set for Dortmund return against Hamburg
Marco Reus is set to make his Borussia Dortmund return against Hamburg on Friday night.
The playmaker has been sidelined by an adductor injury which forced him to miss the Revierderby against Schalke and Germany's clash with France during the international break.
However, Dortmund coach Thomas Tuchel has confirmed he is fit and raring to return this weekend.
"He's been excellent in training and is absolutely an option to start," Tuchel said at a press conference on Thursday.
"It's been a delight to see him back on the training field."
In addition to a probable return for Reus, Shinji Kagawa is expected to keep his place in the starting XI despite only just returning from international duty with Japan.
"Shinji can cope with that," Tuchel said. "I'm planning with him from the beginning."
Gonzalo Castro could be the man to make way for Reus' return as second-placed Dortmund bid to narrow the gap on Bundesliga leaders Bayern Munich to just two points with a win.
