Neymar rules out Barcelona exit amid Man United speculation
Neymar says he wants to stay at Barcelona "no matter how many million pound offers come from England" amid reports Manchester United want him.
Neymar became the latest big name to be linked with a move to Old Trafford by the English press last week, and though a move always appeared unlikely, the Brazil star put the speculation completely to bed after making his first appearance of the season in a 1-0 win over Malaga on Saturday.
"I want to stay at Barcelona, no matter how many million pound offers come from England," he said.
He later told TV3: "The people from Barca can be calm.
"When I hear things like this, I don't think anything. I just heard it and I am calm. I am very happy at Barca and with my colleagues."
United are set to sell Javier Hernandez to Bayer Leverkusen but are unlikely to sign a new striker, according to reports.
Louis van Gaal is still looking for a new right-sided forward before the deadline and may make another move for Southampton's Sadio Mane, but the likelihood is that the only new arrival may be Ajax goalkeeper Jasper Cillessen as a replacement for David de Gea, who is expected to join Real Madrid.
