Proctor seals Red Devils switch
Crawley have confirmed the signing of striker Jamie Proctor from Swansea, subject to international clearance.
The 20-year-old joins the Red Devils on an 18-month contract, having struggled to force his way into Swans manager Michael Laudrup's plans.
Proctor's arrival is the fourth addition to Richie Barker's squad this transfer window, and he is the third forward to sign following in the footsteps of Lateef Elford-Alliyu and Jimmy Spencer, who will join the club next week.
Barker told the club's official website: "Jamie deserved a chance at Premier League level but unfortunately it hasn't worked out for him at Swansea because they have a very strong squad.
"He wants to get his career kick-started and he fits the template of player I want here to progress this football club. He is talented, wants to work hard and is at an age where he can only improve.
"I have monitored Jamie throughout his career and when the opportunity came to bring him to the club I didn't hesitate for a second. I am looking forward to working with him and I'm sure he is the type of player our supporters will enjoy watching."
