Spanish club Real Betis says that several of its players have contracted swine flu.

Spanish media put the number of players with the H1N1 virus at 13.

On Tuesday, the team said Sergio Garcia, Arturo Arzu, Sunny, Carlos Garcia and Nelson all had flu-like symptoms, while Augusto Nelson, Damia Abella, Juan de Dios Prados, Israel Bascon and Ricardo Soares were being kept under observation.

Betis canceled all of Thursday's training sessions and is looking to reschedule Sunday's second-division game against Villarreal B as it says the minimum number of players needed would not be available.
