Russia coach Dick Advocaat says his entire squad is fit for its European Championship opener against the Czech Republic, including goalkeeper Igor Akinfeev, who had a flare-up of his left knee injury this week.

Akinfeev injured a cruciate ligament last year and was sidelined for more than seven months after undergoing surgery. He returned to action near the end of the Russian season but the injury played up again in recent days with fluid accumulating on the knee.

Akinfeev has played 52 internationals, while his longtime rival for the keeper's position, Vyacheslav Malafeev, has made 25 appearances.

Advocaat says he has not yet decided who will be in his starting 11 for the Group A match against the Czech Republic at the Municipal Stadium in Wroclaw.
