Yes, really. 

Sunderland sponsor Dafabet made the Black Cats a 5/8 favorite for the drop after defeats to Leicester City and Norwich saw Dick Advocaat's side fall to last place in the standings. This comes on the heels of three straight seasons in which Sunderland just narrowly escaped the Premier League cellar.
