Toronto FC goalkeeper Clint Irwin has renewed his personal endorsement deal with sportswear firm Uhlsport, for the entire 2016 and 2017 MLS seasons.

Irwin, who moved to Toronto FC from Colorado Rapids ahead of the 2016 season which starts this week, will exclusively wear the latest Uhlsport goalkeeper gloves, and will feature in a number of the firm’s marketing campaigns.

Irwin joins Houston Dynamo goalkeeper Joe Willis as the company’s lead representative.

Uhlsport USA director of marketing James J Pepe said: “Having one of the top goalkeepers in MLS represent Uhlsport will help us push the brand forward as we build our relationships with goalkeepers and goalkeeper coaches at all levels.
