Watch: Granit Xhaka scores on long blast for Arsenal again
New signing Granit Xhaka is showing why Arsenal set out to lure him from Borussia Monchengladbach this summer.
Xhaka scored on a long-range blast for the second straight game, giving Arsenal a 1-0 lead over Nottingham Forest in their League Cup third round match on Tuesday. Xhaka lined up his chance from about 35 yards and let rip, with goalkeeper Vladimir Stojkovic unable to keep it out despite getting his hand on the shot.
Xhaka did essentially the same thing against Hull City on Saturday, scoring his first Premier League goal in spectacular fashion during a 4-1 victory.

Arsenal will happily accept Xhaka running his goal-scoring streak to three, with the Gunners facing Chelsea in a London derby on Saturday at the Emirates.
