Papiss Cisse's 2012 volley against Chelsea will go down as one of the greatest goals ever scored in the Premier League. The sheer audacity to try it, the technical ability to pull it off, and the aesthetics of the whole thing make it one of the best ever, and five years later it's still top of mind.
Liverpool's Sadio Mane and Emre Can took on the #GoalsRecreated challenge in training, and they each got four attempts to pull a Papiss. How'd it go?

It's a miserable fail for Mane, with all but his last shot going off target, and that one was easily saved by host David James in goal.
Can, though? Can makes it look easy. His very first effort goes looping in the far corner, and the challenge is over. He's destroyed Mane, but the little Senegalese is all smiles, despite getting washed in this challenge.
It goes to show just how special of a goal Cisse's strike was, though. In a zero-pressure situation, with no defenders, Mane (a player with more than a passing amount of technical skill) could barely put his shot on target. Of course, Can made it look easy, but let's not be fooled here.
