Watch: Maradona gets in scuffle in Pope's Match for Peace

Argentina soccer star Diego Maradona got into a scuffle with former midfielder Juan Sebastian Veron at Rome's Olympic Stadium as Pope Francis watched a charity and “peace” match.

Maradona, 55, was seen joking around with Veron on the pitch but as they came off the field, Maradona wagged his finger said, “I don't need to talk with you.” Maradona needed to be held back by security guards before they entered the locker room.

Maradona served as Argentina's head coach on a squad that included Veron from 2008 to 2010. The 1986 World Cup winner​ was fired as Argentina's head coach in 2010. He went on to coach Al Wasl FC from 2010 to 2012 and has not served as a manager since.
