Watch Wilfred Ndidi's cannon shot to put Leicester up on Stoke

Leicester City's Wilfred Ndidi gave Leicester City an early advantage against Stoke with an audacious belter from outside the box on Saturday.

The Nigerian made the move to the Premier League this summer, and, while still young, he's paying dividends. Just look at this rip to open up the scoring:

The way he sets himself up to take the shot is almost as beautiful as the strike itself. He takes the feed from Danny Simpson, sees the acre of space in front of him and coolly pushes the ball forward with a deft touch. With nobody closing him down he just unloads a missile that finds the top corner.

Whatever Craig Shakespeare has been saying to his resurgent Leicester City players, it's working. The Foxes have pulled further and further away from the relegation scrap since canning Claudio Ranieri. They're looking more complete and, gasp, are kind of fun to watch.

Having a 20-year-old midfielder with a howitzer of a right leg certainly helps, too.
