It's pretty cool when you see someone pull of a backheel. Or a nice flick. Or nutmeg someone.
What about when you see a child do all of these things repeatedly, and a bunch of other crazy stuff?
This child is probably the next Lionel Messi. It's not absurd at all to put such expectations on a boy based on an internet video.

His name is Pietro Tomaselli and he's part of AS Roma's academy. He'll probably be playing for their first team within the next two years and breaking ankles. Gianluigi Buffon is rumored to be planning his retirement for right before Roma call Tomaselli up to the first team.
