West Brom's FA Cup exit sits well with player's fiancée
Looks like James McClean's fiancée Erin Connor got her wish after all.

Before McClean's transfer move to West Brom last summer, the two lovebirds settled on a May 20 wedding date. Their special day -- which coincidentally falls on the eve of the FA Cup final -- caused quite the stir ahead of the Baggies' FA Cup fifth round match on Saturday.
The Republic of Ireland international, who will represent the Green Army at Euro 2016 later this summer, told The Derry Journal about the couple's dilemma:
"She's the only person who doesn't want to see us reach the final. We might have to get married at halftime or after the game, maybe, should we get there. You can imagine when I told her the final was the day after our wedding date -- she wasn't exactly jumping for joy, put it that way. But she understands.
"I've a lot to look forward to this summer so hopefully it's a time I can look back on with a lot of happy memories in the future."
Turns out, Erin has nothing to fear. West Brom were bounced from the FA Cup after suffering a painful 3-1 loss to Reading at Madejski Stadium.
