West Ham manager notes an important difference between Antonio and Homer Simpson
West Ham manager Slaven Bilic says there is no way Michail Antonio should be compared to Homer Simpson after the midfielder's goal celebration against Sunderland.
The 25-year-old notched during the Hammers 1-0 win over Sam Allardyce's Black Cats on Saturday and Antonio stunned everyone in attendance at Upton Park by dropping to the field to propel himself in circles.
Goal? Check. Great celebration? Check.

Antonio said at the weekend: "I watched The Simpsons Movie and I saw Homer do it, and I thought it looked hilarious so I'll do it if I score.
"It was all planned. I told all the boys and they said [there was] no way I'd do it, but I did! I think I pulled it off."
But Bilic has dismissed any further comparisions the midfielder has with Homer Simpson believing that he works much harder than the beloved cartoon character.

"I am a big fan of The Simpsons and saw his celebrations," joked Bilic.
"To see him connected with Homer Simpson, they have nothing in common - there is no connection between the two. Homer is lazy. Michail is a workaholic. But I enjoyed his celebration."
