Wolves boss Mick McCarthy is confident Steven Fletcher will be available despite missing part of training this week with a slight calf problem but Stephen Hunt's hopes of being involved in the run-in have suffered a setback after it was revealed he requires hernia surgery. Kevin Doyle (knee), Ronald Zubar (back) and Dave Edwards (back) remain long-term casualties, but Adlene Guedioura is in contention to play some part following six months out of action. Everton again have a number of injury concerns ahead of the game, with Seamus Coleman, Jack Rodwell (both ankle) and Tim Cahill (foot) all doubtful.
