You have to see Stevan Jovetic's audacious backheel winner for Inter vs Real Salt Lake
Inter Milan are in the United States gearing up for the new Serie A season and picked up their first win of the summer by virtue of a brilliant backheel goal from Stevan Jovetic against Real Salt Lake.
Inter and RSL were tied 1-1 in stoppage time when Jovetic plucked a ball out of the air with a deft first touch in the box, then turned and backheeled it through RSL goalkeeper Lalo Fernandez's legs from a good ten yards out.
Yup, he hit 'em with the lethal backheel nutmeg combo. It just doesn't get any better (or for the victim, more embarrassing) than that.
Jordan Allen had put RSL up early in the 18th minute, but Inter's Danilo D'Ambrosio found the equalizer right before halftime. That set the stage for Jovetic, and the former Man City forward came up with the play of the game just seconds before the final whistle.
Someone please check on Fernandez to see if he's OK.
