No. 22 Kentucky women cruise by Morehead State 86-53 (Nov 22, 2017)

LEXINGTON, Ky. (AP) Maci Morris made five 3-pointers and scored 19 points, Makenzie Cann had her second straight double-double with 15 points, 10 rebounds and five assists, and No. 22 Kentucky beat Morehead State 86-53 on Wednesday.

Amanda Paschal added 11 points for Kentucky (5-0), which won its 13th straight game over the Eagles.

The Wildcats built a 26-12 lead by the end of the first quarter after making 10 of their first 15 shots, including 4 of 7 from distance. The lead became 44-18 in the second quarter after opening the frame with 10 unanswered points. Kentucky shot 52 percent, with seven 3-pointers, in the half for a 19-point lead. Morris had 13 points by halftime and Cann added eight. Morehead State closed the second quarter on a 7-0 run but couldn't overcome a 10-of-30 shooting half.

Eriel McKee scored 13 points and Tierra McGowan grabbed 10 rebounds for Morehead State (2-3).
