Former German national team goalkeeper is coming to WWE
Six years ago, German goalkeeper Tim Wiese was a part of the national team that took third place in the 2010 World Cup. Wiese played 11 seasons in the German Bundesliga with Kaiserslautern, Werder Bremen and Hoffenheim before retiring in 2014, but he may be about to start a second career as a professional wrestler.

WWE announced that Triple H invited Wiese to the WWE Performance Center in Florida for an "extended training period."
Via WWE.com:
Wiese has a bit of a history with WWE. In 2014 during a European tour, Wiese was called out by Stardust during an event in Frankfurt and entered the ring after a tag match with The Usos.
Wiese's certainly got the look of a WWE star. He's 6-foot-4 and has bulked up considerably from his playing weight of 201 pounds.
Wiese says he hopes to take part in WWE Live events scheduled for November in Germany.
