Tim Tebow Did Nissan Commercial with Former WWE Star (Video)

Published Jun. 30, 2017 6:28 p.m. ET

Former WWE star Cameron is spending some of her time with Tim Tebow.

Tim Tebow has made waves the past few weeks for his baseball intentions after his NFL career didn’t go as planned. He recently had a workout for teams, and even received an offer to play during the fall.

While the Denver Bronco waits for a team to sign him, commercials have apparently called his name. As part of Nissan’s “Heisman House” series of ads, Tebow joined in on the latest one. He won the 2009 Heisman Trophy, college football’s most prestigious award, which is given out every December.

Well, Tebow did this commercial with a familiar face to WWE fans: Ariane “Cameron” Andrew. She got released by the company in May after being outspoken in comments about the Leader in Sports Entertainment.

In the video below, you’ll see Cameron sitting in the passenger seat of the car with Tebow. She is also dancing in the background of the clip.

Cameron also commented on this.

The Tebow-Cameron combo is about as random as it gets. Two people in the media from different genres of sport that you wouldn’t expect to mesh in front of the camera, especially with the spotlight Tebow receives.

Besides this, Cameron hasn’t been seen much since her WWE departure. This includes no notable independent wrestling dates. She had mentioned her non-wrestling career plenty of times on Twitter, even during her time with WWE. So, it may not be a surprise that she hasn’t stayed in the wrestling business throughout the summer.

As for Tim Tebow, he’ll try to make a career in baseball, and probably be debated about on ESPN’s First Take every week. If he looks for another career change, though, how about Tim Tebow: professional wrestler? What gimmick would he receive if he joined WWE?
