LA Sports Awards: Rams moving to LA named top moment of 2016
The Rams moving back to Los Angeles was named the 2016's Top Moment at the 12th Annual LA Sports Awards on Monday at the Beverly Hilton.

In other presentations, Mike Trout of the Angels was honored as 2016 Sportsman of the Year and Olympic track star Allyson Felix was named Sportswoman of the Year. Dodgers Manager Dave Roberts received the Coach of the Year award.
U.S. Olympic Women’s water polo coach Adam Krikorian was the recipient of the first-ever Extraordinary Achievement in Olympic Sport award.

A special Lifetime Achievement Award was given to Peter V. Ueberroth, who as president of the L.A. Olympic Organizing Committee ran the historic and remarkably successful 1984 Los Angeles Games.
