Leaves practice early Benjamin left the practice field Tuesday prematurely with a trainer, Dan Duggan of The Athletic reports.
Impact Benjamin signed with the Giants in mid-May and is hoping to land a regular-season roster spot with the club as a tight end rather than his former spot of wide receiver. Unfortunately, his early departure Tuesday doesn't get him off to a good start, but he should have plenty of time to make his mark if the issue isn't deemed serious.
