Chapecoense shares heartbreaking 'last image' of team in celebration before plane crash

Brazilian Serie A club Chapecoense was aboard a plane headed to Medellin, Colombia Tuesday that crashed near its destination, leaving just five survivors from the 81 passengers and crew members.

Chapecoense players, coaches and staff members were preparing to face Colombian side Atletico National in the first leg of the Copa Sudamerica finals, having advanced to the finals on away goals after a 0-0 home draw against Argentina's San Lorenzo six days ago.

As players from across the world mourned Chapecoense's loss, the club released a video of its members in celebration inside the dressing room - the last image of its "warriors."
