Impact Dawes ended a streak of three straight games with eight points en route to his fourth game with 15-plus points on the season. While he can be an asset for Clemson on the offensive end of the court, his inconsistencies on a game-to-game basis certainly conspire against his upside.

Impact Dawes has cleared the 15-point mark in each of his last two games, and that's something he hadn't done since the season opener when he posted 21 points. Dawes has struggled with consistency at times, but he's still putting up 12.6 points per game -- a figure that would be a career-high mark if he's able to maintain it throughout the season.

Impact Dawes was the only Clemson player who scored more than 20 points in this contest, and while he didn't contribute much in other categories, he's not expected to do so. Dawes is likely to operate as the Tigers' main scoring weapon as long as he remains healthy. This was a huge step in the right direction compared to last season when he only averaged 9.0 points per tilt.
