Double-double in win Williams logged 10 points (3-4 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 4-5 FT), 12 rebounds, six assists and two blocks in 30 minutes during Saturday's 95-90 victory over Mississippi State.

Impact Williams notched his third double-double of the season, and his first since Nov. 9 against Bucknell. The center also had a season-high six assists, impacting the game in a variety of ways. Williams hasn't been the most assertive scorer, as he's taken eight shots combined over the past two games. However, the senior plays with moxie and he's in the midst of his most efficient scoring season yet, shooting 58.2 percent from the field.

Limited to six in win Williams closed with six points (2-4 FG, 2-4 FT), eight rebounds, four assists and one steal across 16 minutes during Saturday's 93-85 victory over Louisville.

Impact Williams is far from Kentucky's top scorer, but the forward was held to just six points on four shots, both the second-lowest totals of the young season. He still cleaned up the glass with eight boards and dished out four assists. He'll look to bounce back, at least scoring wise, on Dec. 21 against Ohio State.

Impact Williams was highly efficient and wasn't asked to do all that much in the Wildcats resounding victory over Lipscomb. The center has been a consistent double-double threat. He'll need to cut down on the turnovers (12 through the first four games) but he's doing his job inside for Kentucky.

Impact A right leg injury surfaced for Williams in the days leading up to Kentucky's season opener, but Williams was able to get through shootaround and didn't appear hampered in the least bit come game time. Coach Mark Pope and the Wildcats appear to have found a hidden gem in the transfer portal, as it doesn't appear that Williams will have trouble recreating his 12.2 ppg and 7.8 rpg averages built a season ago at Drexel.
