Game-high 24 points in win Jones put up a game-high 24 points (8-14 FG, 4-7 3Pt, 4-4 FT) and added three rebounds, two assists, and a steal in the win over Kansas State on Tuesday.

Impact Coming off three straight losses, Texas needed a win in the worst way against lowly Kansas State. It wasn't easy by any means, but Jones was able to lead his team on the road and get the W. This was the fifth game this season in which Jones has scored at least 20 points. The 6-4 guard has most of his production last season off the bench, but now he is excelling in a starting role, averaging 15.2 points, 4.7 rebounds, 2.2 assists, and 2.2 three-pointers per contest. Texas will host TCU on Saturday.
