Tre' Williams - Surprise absence SundayWilliams did not see the court in Sunday's 90-65 loss to Arizona.
ImpactWilliams had been averaging 17.1 mpg for the Beavers and even made his first start of the season Dec. 2 against Cal, so it's fair to wonder what forced the Minnesota transfer to miss his first game of the season. Dexter Akanno took his place in the starting five, but played only 11 minutes and had more turnovers (4) than points (2) in that stretch. Oregon State has a six-day break before a matchup with Sacramento State on Saturday, and Williams' availability for that contest appears murky at best.

Christian Koloko - Doesn't miss a beatKoloko closed Sunday's 90-65 victory over Oregon State with 12 points (4-8 FG, 4-6 FT), six rebounds, three blocks and one steal over 22 minutes.
ImpactAn ankle injury was not enough to hold Koloko out of the starting five, and he even put forth an efficient stat line in what turned out to be a lopsided victory. Koloko has been a fantasy gem this year with averages of 15.6 points and 7.3 rebounds, but the other main area of growth has been on the defensive end. He has at least one block in each game this season, and his 3.4 bpg average is tops in the Pac-12 and good for No. 9 in the country.

Jarod Lucas - Makes five threes SundayLucas totaled 17 points (6-11 FG, 5-8 3Pt, 0-2 FT), five rebounds, two assists and one steal in 35 minutes during Sunday's 90-65 loss to Arizona.
ImpactLucas caught fire from long-range, draining five threes en route to a season-high 17 points. He was very careless with the ball, however, turning the ball over seven times. That appears to be more of an anomaly as Lucas only has one other game this season with multiple turnovers. His biggest asset has been his efficient three-point shooting that he's shown throughout his career, but he's struggled to contribute much elsewhere.

Bennedict Mathurin - Strong start continuesMathurin supplied 29 points (11-18 FG, 4-9 3Pt, 3-5 FT), six rebounds, one assist and one steal across 30 minutes during Sunday's 90-65 win over Oregon State.
ImpactMathurin helped Arizona stay undefeated, posting a season-high 29 points on the strength of four threes and 61 percent shooting. His six rebounds also tied a team-high, and he's now posted 15+ points in 4-of-7 games this season. Mathurin is developing into one of the best wing players in the country, taking over for James Akinjo as the team's go-to option.
