Impact Kaluma won't test his luck with the 2024 NBA Draft and instead explore other options than Kansas State as he also entered the transfer portal in April. The 6-foot-7 forward averaged 14.4 points, 7.0 rebounds, 2.0 assists and 0.8 steals on 34.3 minutes per game across 33 games (32 starts) in the 2023-24 year. He should still receive plenty of interest in the portal in his search of a new suitor for his senior season.

The Wildcats probably need to win the Big 12 tournament to earn their way back into the NCAA tournament, where they made an Elite Eight run last year, and Kaluma will be relied upon to be one of the biggest contributors in pursuit of the improbable. He ends the regular season with averages of 14.8 points and 7.1 rebounds over 34.6 minutes per contest.
