Impact Already a unanimous selection for the preseason first-team all-Big Ten squad, Dosunmu is in line to be one of the top fantasy players in the country after deciding to return to Illinois for his junior season. The 6-5 wing can do it all for the Illini, and will end up among the top scorers in a conference known for its defensive prowess. Dosunmu and the Illini, already voted No. 8 in the AP preseason poll, will open up against North Carolina A&T on Nov. 25.

Unanimous first-team selection Dosunmu was voted a unanimous selection to the 2020-21 Preseason All-Big Ten Team on Sunday by a panel of Big Ten media members.
Impact Of the 10 players selected for preseason all-conference honors, only Dosunmu and preseason player of the year Luka Garza were unanimous selections. Dosunmu will join Illini big man Kofi Cockburn on the list, as the duo is poised to lead Illinois to contend for its first Big Ten regular season championship since 2005. Dosunmu also has the potential to be one of the best fantasy assets among power conference players, as he's projected to be one of the top scorers in the conference after averaging 16.6 points a season ago. He's also contributed 4.0 or more rebounds and 3.3 or more assists in each of his two seasons with Illinois.
