Impact Stanley is among a huge group of transfers previously unavailable who will now be set to make their respective debuts in the coming days. The junior put up some massive numbers at Hampton last season, racking up 22.0 points, 7.2 rebounds and 1.5 blocks per game and will provide another talented frontline body for the Musketeers.

Waiver request turned down Coach Travis Steele announced via Twitter that Stanley's waiver appeal for immediate eligibility has been denied.

Impact Stanley apparently moved from Hampton to Xavier in part due to the fact that they had in-person classes and it would help him receive extra help for a learning disability. Considering that and the current climate, it is quite shocking that the NCAA would deny Xavier's request. Nevertheless, Stanley won't be able to suit up in a game until the 2021-22 season.
