Impact Golden has attempted 18 shots in his last two starts which ties his total shot attempts through the first six games of the season. His newfound aggression doesn't end with scoring, he has collected 12 rebounds in the last two games after recording just nine through the first six games of the season. The senior has shown that if he can stay out of foul trouble he can be one of Butler's most impactful players, he has played over 25 minutes in his last two dynamite performances.

Impact Golden played through an ankle injury suffered this week against St. John's, but ended up logging his second-lowest minutes total of the season while struggling from the field. As long as the ankle doesn't continue to bother him, Golden will get a chance to bounce back this week against a winless DePaul team.

Impact Golden was subpar in the loss Tuesday. The center was not seen at all in the paint with a mediocre two rebounds on the night. Golden did go 50 percent from the floor, but was not enough to help the Bulldogs pull within the Red Storm. He has gone through a rough set of form lately and cannot find his rhythm in the paint or at the boards. Until Golden can find form, he is not a viable option for Butler.
