ImpactGolden had combined to shoot 0-for-8 from the field against Xavier and Villanova. However, he showed up offensively in the near-upset of Providence, and will return to Butler next season in an otherwise drastically different frontcourt. With Bryce Nze and Bo Hodges graduating, Golden will have another high-usage role for Butler next season.

ImpactDurham missed his first seven field-goal attempts, but had the stones to take and make a three with 43 seconds remaining. His final points came at the buzzer, a runout dunk with one second remaining. Durham probably isn't 100 percent after suffering a sports hernia a few weeks back, but he's prepared to gut it out and play big minutes -- he logged 32 Thursday -- as the Friars look to go deep in both the Big East and NCAA Tournaments.
