Jalen Thomas - Plays 31 minutesThomas accumulated four points (2-7 FG, 0-3 3Pt), six rebounds and two blocks across 31 minutes during Tuesday's 62-50 loss to Villanova.

ImpactAs a Butler player, Thomas has logged 30-plus minutes across four of his eight games started. But for the other half, he played less than 20. It appears Thomas' fantasy managers will receive one or the other whenever he is part of Butler's starting lineup, which could continue happening temporarily if Ali Ali (illness) must sit out more games.

But if he does continue operating as a backup, that would give Eric Hunter and Jayden Taylor continued chances to be the Bulldogs' starting backcourt.
