Impact Furst dealt with a foot injury in the summer leading up to his first season at Purdue, but not only did he play Saturday, he started and saw a heavy minutes workload. It seems unlikely he'll continue to start over Trevion Williams when the regular season gets into full swing, but that was the case Saturday. If Purdue can get meaningful contributions from Furst this year, it will only add to one of the deepest frontcourts in the nation already featuring Williams and Zach Edey.
