Impact Wynter hasn't started since Jan. 24 against Rutgers, but he'll make his return to the starting unit as the Nittany Lions host the Badgers in State College. The move coincides with Caleb Dorsey being sent to the bench. The senior has been quiet as of late, collecting just five points over the past three games. Once a regular starter, Wynter had been reduced to a rotational piece for Penn State over the past three games. He'll look to bring his efficient scoring to the table as the Nittany Lions seek revenge against the Badgers in their second meeting.
