Enters transfer portal Booth entered the NCAA's transfer portal Monday, according to The Observer.

Impact Booth continued to be part of the Fighting Irish's starting lineup until their 2023-24 season came to a close on March 13. He enters the transfer portal with his stock relatively high for a freshman and with three seasons of collegiate eligibility remaining.

Impact Booth will replace Logan Imes in the starting lineup Saturday. Booth is averaging 3.4 points and 4.8 rebounds in 19.0 minutes across his last five starting appearances.

Impact Booth had started in the previous nine matchups but will be taking a backseat during this contest in favor of Logan Imes. The freshman center will look to get back in form for Saturday's game against Pittsburgh.

Impact Booth struggled badly from the field, but in a game where the entire Notre Dame offense looked poor outside of Markus Burton, Booth at least found a way to make his presence felt on the glass. Booth has started in each of the Fighting Irish's last seven games, averaging 7.1 points and 6.6 rebounds per contest.
