Babacar Faye - Back in action ThursdayFaye (undisclosed) will be available for Thursday's game against Stetson, Jeff Hartsell of the Charleston Post and Courier reports.
ImpactFaye had started every game this season before missing last Sunday's game against Presbyterian. He is not listed in the starting lineup for Thursday's contest, however, but should feature off the bench.

John Meeks - Out again ThursdayMeeks (undisclosed) will not play in Thursday's game against Stetson, Jeff Hartsell of the Charleston Post and Courier reports.
ImpactMeeks is set for a second consecutive absence for the Cougars, and it's a notable omission given his 14.1 points, 5.0 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 1.3 steals per game. With Babacar Faye (undisclosed) and Osinachi Smart (undisclosed) back in the mix Wednesday, it should be a little easier for the team to absorb Meeks' vacated minutes.

Osinachi Smart - Available for Thursday's gameSmart (undisclosed) is available for Thursday's game against Stetson, Jeff Hartsell of the Charleston Post and Courier reports.
ImpactSmart was unable to go in the team's last game against Presbyterian. He was a little banged up in practice, but he should be able to help out Charleston in this contest albeit coming off the bench as oppose to starting.

John Meeks - Sits against PresbyterianMeeks (undisclosed) did not take the court in Sunday's 78-76 OT victory over Presbyterian. He had been a game-time decision for the contest, according to Jeff Hartsell of the Charl...
ImpactMeeks wasn't the only frontcourt player absent for the contest, as both Osi Smart and Babacar Faye were also sidelined due to injuries in practice this week. While Charleston typically runs a deep rotation, Meeks leads the way with 29.3 mpg and is the second-leading scorer at 14.1 ppg. He's a player who is certainly capable of scoring in bunches, as he posted a 25.3 ppg scoring average through six games with Bucknell after getting a late start to the 2020-21 campaign. It's unclear what his status is for Thursday's matchup against Stetson, but should the Charleston frontcourt find itself short-handed once again, look for Brenden Tucker and Nick Farrar to potentially see expanded roles -- both made their first starts of the season in Sunday's contest.
