ImpactRice came off the bench but still paced the Broncos in minutes played, points and rebounds while tying for the team's lead in assists and posting the second-highest mark in steals. He had scored just five points combined over his first two games of the season, however, so the chances are this performance was more an outlier rather than the norm going forward.

Dealing with foot injuryShaver is dealing with a nagging foot injury that forced him to leave Friday's win over the College of Idaho early, B.J. Rains of the Idaho Press-Tribune reports.

ImpactCoach Leon Rice revealed that Shaver was dealing with his injury prior to Friday's contest, but the issue got worse during the game. As a result, he was unable to play late in the blowout win. Rice said that the team likely wouldn't know his status for a few days. It's not yet known whether he'll be ready to play Wednesday against BYU.
